hugodearaujoandClaude Opus 5.5 956a8b7d5f fix(libSceVideoRecordingP): correct the sceVideoRecordingOpen signature 
sceVideoRecordingOpen takes the target path, the recording param, the
heap and the heap size, not (buffer, size, param). It still throws.
