Port the 11 header-map exports from neonmodder123/PS5-WebKit-11.x 80f77e94c63ee7202eec3d4b5b1a021dd89011ba, including the sorted 95-name table and release duplicate-append behavior. Pin the 32-byte layout as two 16-byte vectors with no inline storage, use WTF allocation and growth, and retain the existing String ABI.
