libSceCloudMessaging technical debt

libSceCloudMessaging inventory exports - all six names and NIDs are present in the complete PS5 13.60 export inventory, and the pinned module map assigns them to the physical libSceCloudMessaging.sprx provider. The mangled names establish export identities only; their encoded types are not treated as verified signatures. Parameter lists, return types and behavior are unverified; the parameterless int declarations are import-resolution placeholders, not verified ABI contracts. Every entry throws through NotImplemented_nid_no_patch. No cloud-messaging behavior is implemented.
