With main's pending clear model an HTILE mask clear dispatch is noted pending when its packet is decoded and takes its generation only when the dispatch is recorded. A whole-HTILE fill noted in between found no generation, took the clear as its own, and the arm that followed kept the fill's pattern, so the dispatch clear was proven as a fill. A fill now refuses while a dispatch clear is pending, from its notification until a sample takes it. agc_driver_native_depth_clear_refusals notes a fill between the clear's notification and its arm and expects the refusal.
