MarcZX10 d8eea5e340 feat(libSceVideoOut): accept ToggleMute as an input mapping action ...

The action takes keyboard keys only, like ToggleFullscreen, TogglePerformanceOverlay and Screenshot, and has no built-in binding yet. The input mapper lists it as keyboard-only and its source-contract test follows the native table.
