The signature, int sceGameLiveStreamingEnableLiveStreaming(const bool isEnableLiveStreaming), follows Orbital and fpPS4. No broadcast is ever on air, so both values succeed and change nothing. A call outside sceGameLiveStreamingInitialize and sceGameLiveStreamingTerminate throws, as the console's error for it is unknown.
