Yunus Shaikh 5a0ee9c799 docs(debt): record the AgcDriver, Ngs2.native and NpUniversalDataSystem pending exports ...

libSceAgcDriver, libSceNgs2.native and libSceNpUniversalDataSystem now
build their Export.cpp stubs, but their debt files had no entry for
them. Each gains one in the wording of the other pending-export
entries: names and NIDs from the PS5 3.20 export table, no credible
prototype, and a throw through NotImplemented_nid_no_patch.
