Firmware 13.42, read and run natively, keeps an absolute position per
handle: four virtual screen sizes with a truncated rescale, a high
precision mode that moves the pointer along a curve and keeps the
fraction, and a 40-byte record per sample. sceMouseResetAbsolutePosition
now checks the current size and stores the position.
