hypermistandClaude Opus 5.5 e95f842140 fix(libSceAgc): match interpolant mapping variants to firmware ...

Add the unversioned sceAgcCreateInterpolantMapping and
sceAgcUpdateInterpolantMapping and stop sceAgcUpdateInterpolantMapping_10000
throwing for split f16 defaults, all matching libSceAgc bit for bit.
