The query writes the maximum resource name length (0xfc) through its output pointer and returns 0, as prosper does from a title's registration configuration. The parameter follows the SDK wrapper sce::Agc::ResourceRegistration::getMaxNameLength(unsigned int*). Resource registration itself stays unavailable.
