Disable 25 Xiaomi/Google bloat packages (telemetry, PatchWall, SmartShare,
MiLink, update service, Alexa bridge, preloads) with a restore script and
pre-change package backups.
Add a native Android TV launcher (launcher/): black background, bottom dock
with four favourites in a rounded band, app grid below, a single spring-
animated glass highlight, ambient glow and large title for the focused dock
app, frosted Inputs / Wi-Fi / Settings pills, Outfit clock, and a compact
Inputs dropdown driving the TV input framework.
Add tools/tv.py, a pure-Python ADB client that works around macOS Local
Network privacy blocking the stock adb, plus a chunked base64 uploader.
Include the reusable prompt (PROMPT.md), before/after photos and licences.
