xbsheng 95053a50f1 docs: the no-list notes section is a claim, so the link moves into the row 
The bullets said where a new docs/devices/ note is linked from; the section they point at also says
its model has no list of its own, and index_notes_with_their_own_list refuses an entry that links its
own folder's debloat.txt. One test runs that checker over such a tree.

Gathin23 ba84e8f8c4 docs: a list PR adds only its folder and a tv.json; the TV tables are generated 
CONTRIBUTING.md, the tv-list workflow, AGENTS.md and the PR template ask for examples/<folder>/tv.json
instead of README rows, and say to change nothing outside the folder. MAINTAINER.md: a missing tv.json
is the merge-with-fix, rows from older PRs are dropped on merge (--adopt keeps them as tv.json), the
maintainer runs tools/gen_tables.py after merging, and a README-only conflict needs no rebase.

simandClaude Opus 5.5 5865347dfc docs: AGENTS.md's recipes move to docs/workflows/, word for word 
Each recipe becomes its own workflow file with a "When to use this" line and the test command at
the end, as perf-ab.md does; AGENTS.md's Workflows section lists them all. Links into the old
recipe anchors point at the new files. tests/test_agents_md.py now checks the paths each workflow
names and that every workflow has its line in AGENTS.md.
