docs/specs/card.md lists the names a module may not use for a card label, and the
list was two short: Cards.uiNames() also folds App library (R.string.app_library,
the library pill) and Choose default home (R.string.home_settings, the default-home
dialog), so a module that follows the contract gets 'label is reserved' for a rule
it never read.

The list is now derived in tests/test_card_spec_reserved.py from the resource ids in
Cards.uiNames(), the hard-coded set in Cards.RESERVED_EXACT and the HDMI prefix, and
checked in both directions: nothing the launcher refuses is left out, and the spec
names nothing the launcher would accept.
