Gathin23 a537942555 AGENTS.md: one guide for coding agents, cleaning a TV and contributing (#563 )

AGENTS.md sends an agent cleaning a TV straight to PROMPT.md and its safety rules, and gives a
contributor's agent the repo map, where a change goes, recipes, the CI checks and the hard rules
from CONTRIBUTING and MAINTAINER.md. CLAUDE.md and GEMINI.md import it. tests/test_agents_md.py
checks that every path it names exists and that its APK gate, minSdk and commands match ci.yml
and build.gradle. Proposed by @Samreay in #563.
