xbsheng 40443bef29 docs: the Coocaa 7T861_A23 note installs with commands that run
Step 2 of docs/devices/skyworth-7t861-a23.md told a reader to install the launcher and the
coocaa-home-shim with `tools/tv.py --install <apk>`, and tv.py has never had that flag: it
answers one it does not have with its usage and exit 2, so the only Home route on Coocaa OS
stopped at a usage line, for the launcher and for the shim both. The APK goes up with
tools/b64push.py and the TV's own `pm install -r` runs it, which is what the 7S60_A5 note
beside it does on the same OS. The shim is not in this repository, so the page now says where
it comes from (its own project, SHOWCASE row 117) instead of naming a bare file.

tests/test_tv_py_flags_in_docs.py reads the flags out of tv.py's own USAGE and ARITY and
refuses any page that hands it one it does not have, with the shell command's own flags
(pm's --user) not read as the client's.
