Gathin23 01e7cecb0a Merge PR #1028: Screenshots required for add-ons and switches, as for themes ...

Fix on merge: the add-ons table gets the Screenshot column for every row, including the add-ons merged since this PR was opened (TV Hub, Headphones, TV Static, Brightness, Sleep Timer). TV Static's and Sleep Timer's screenshots come from their PR descriptions (#1049, #1072), letterboxed to 16:9. The nine theme keys merged in Round R go on the switches wanted list, since they predate this rule.
