Subject: [PATCH] AppKit: retain the drag destination and its window during a
 local drag

The drag loop runs run loop sources and main queue blocks between moves,
and Chromium can tear down a web view or close a window there. Hold both
until the drag ends, after -draggedImage:endedAt:operation:.
