outfoxxed ec0be5b36f launch: initialize QuickshellTracked before almost anything else 
This fixes consumers like WlSessionLock getting connections to
QGuiApplication::screenAdded before QuickshellTracked::updateScreens
can run if the user never references the Quickshell singleton from QML
first.
