fix: answer SPI_GETHIGHCONTRAST with a guest-sized scheme pointer
...
HIGHCONTRASTW ends in lpszDefaultScheme, a pointer: the structure is 12
bytes in a 32-bit program. The handler always stored eight bytes at
offset 8, writing past a 32-bit caller's structure into its stack, and
left the scheme NULL, where Windows always supplies a scheme name.
Store the pointer at the guest's width and point it at an empty scheme
name that stays mapped for the life of the process.
The new native_high_contrast_x64/x32 tests guard the bytes after the
structure and read the name: without the fix the 32-bit client returns
3 (guard overwritten) and the 64-bit one 5 (NULL scheme).
Bitvise SSH Client 9.66 (32-bit BvSsh.exe) faulted at startup on this
call; with the fix it reaches its message loop and shows its window.
