FrontMage bbf71ecff5 fix: convert VerQueryValueA StringFileInfo to ANSI 
Diablo II's ijl11.dll queries version StringFileInfo via VerQueryValueA
during DLL_PROCESS_ATTACH. Raven previously refused those ANSI string
queries (ERROR_CALL_NOT_IMPLEMENTED). Size the version info buffer with
room for a post-block ANSI copy and convert string values there, as
Windows does.
