feat: minimize X11 windows to the taskbar and restore them

Minimizing a top-level window destroyed its host window, leaving the
program running with nothing to click. The X11 backend now iconifies it
through WM_CHANGE_STATE and sends SC_RESTORE when the window manager
maps it again or sets WM_STATE back to normal, as Muffin and Mutter do
for windows they keep mapped.
