Raymond Bennett df3cfa0d67 fix: install libpng into the lib directory provision-libpng names ...

On RPM-based distributions GNUInstallDirs installs libpng into
install/lib64, while the script prints install/lib/libpng16.a. Configured
with the printed path, CMake does not find libpng and disables the PNG
tests. The library directory is now set to lib explicitly.
