Ethanw05andCursor a0ff38c685 Track Skyline mod models and tighten gitignore exclusions. 
Un-ignore bundled Skyline GLBs, ignore local docs and the BUILD-RELEASE.bat wrapper while keeping scripts/Build-Release.ps1 in tree.
