Yuri Benditovich 4f1917af37 netkvm: add *NdisPoll configuration for Win11 INF 
Currently this does not cause any functional change in the driver
without PARANDIS_SUPPORT_POLL define.

Generate INF file for Win8/8.1 without USO section.
Generate INF file for Win10 with USO section.

Yuri Benditovich 3bb1f37508 netkvm: generate INF files 
Avoiding changing 3 different files in order to add/change
content in all of final INF files.
Provided 3 source text files:
1. Basic INF (-RSS -RSC)
2. Added parameters for RSS
3. Added parameters for RSC
Resulting INF is generated by GenerateInf.bat according to
passed parameter (INF name).
Names of source INF files for customization are the same as before.
