If due to any reason the test signing of the driver is requested
the build with EWDK may fail due to unknown file digest algorithm.
Make sure the default algorithm is always defined (sha256).

Checking the current VS version and setting the supported version of the
platform toolset: v141 for VS2017 and v142 for VS2019, respectively. Set
PlatformToolset to AutoVSToolset in any UM app project where you want to
take advantage of auto target.

INF files for Win10 has 10.0 OS ornamentation that makes them
not installable with DIFX. Add a possibility to build INF files
for Win10 with 6.3 ornamentation by settinge environment
variable WIN10_INF_DIFX_COMPAT=1

This commit is preparation for build with VS2017, which requires
WDK higher than 15063 to be installed.
When VS2015 and VS2017 coexist and VS2015 is used for drivers
build, but higher WDK(s) are also installed, the files under
"Windows Kits\10\build" are modified causing failure when build runs.
Current commit fixes it by importing Driver.Initial.props prior
to any other imported project. In order to ensure proper order of
importing projects, we remove direct importing of Visual studio
.props files and now each driver package project includes
only its own .props file and Tools\Driver.Common.props file,
which includes Visual Studio .props files and Driver.Initial.props
file in proper order.

The wppmodulename is the friendly name of the message GUID. The
friendly name of the message GUID appears, by default, in the trace
message prefix.
By default, the friendly name of the message GUID is the name of
the directory in which the trace provider was built, this causes
some drivers as "sys". This commit overrides the default value
by setting the wppmodulename to be target name.

The three environment variables were just defined to be equal to
_BUILD_MAJOR_VERSION_, _BUILD_MINOR_VERSION_, and _RHEL_RELEASE_VERSION_,
respectively, adding no value.
This commit removes them and replaces all occurrences with the source
variables as mentioned above.
There are several different labels for the two architectures we build:
x86, i386, Win32
x64, amd64
This commit adds the ones used in Install directory names (x86/amd64)
to the common build file.
The LegacyDDK targets miss some of the executable path
specifications, leading to build errors on some machines.
This commit adds $(LegacyDDKDir)\bin\x86 to ExecutablePath
to make sure that tools like inf2cat and stampinf can be
used in pre- and post-build events.
This is analogous to what's set by
Windows Kits\10\build\WindowsDriver.x64.props
when building for modern OSes.
It takes a specially crafted set of both compiler and linker
options to build a kernel mode driver for a downlevel platform
using the legacy DDK and Visual Studio 2015. The new common
props file is a good place for these options/props.
