Registration of crash callback makes the SDV to skip real check
for NDIS rules. For now, disable crash callback for Win10 build.
If crash callback is needed for some support/disagnostics activity,
8.1 driver can be used for that.

SDV is modern mode fails without any information if there
are source files with '-' sign in the name. This is
preparation change for further work with modern SDV.
