Ladi Prosek c3440bc925 virtiolib: Stop including virtio_config.h 
There's no reason why some of the functionality should be declared
in a separate header that all drivers need to include. This commit
adds a few virtio_ wrappers to completely abstract away the config
callbacks.

* Splitting virtio.h to virtio.h and virtio_config.h as in Linux

* virtio_config.h is same as in Linux except "SIZE_OF_SINGLE_INDIRECT_DESC" define

* Fixing virtio_ring.h to be compiled in C++ code

* Adding virtio_config.h to appropriate projects

* Using correct feature name in NetKVM  - VIRTIO_RING_F_INDIRECT_DESC

* Removing virtio.h from several files where it was not needed
