Ladi Prosek bd19c07099 Add a simple benchmarking tool
The tool writes or reads to/from the given port in a tight loop and
measures the throughput. The host must also be cooperating for this
to work. For example, the host side of the port may be connected
to a socket and filled/drained like so:

nc 127.0.0.1 <port> </dev/zero >/dev/null

The tool takes additional command line arguments to configure the
benchmark. It always runs single-threaded, utilizing asynchronous
("overlapped") Win32 I/O.

USAGE:
benchmark <type> <port_name> [-s <request_size>] [-c <concurrency>] [-t
<time>]

<type> (r)ead or (w)rite
<port_name> name of the port to use
<request_size> size of each I/O request in bytes, 16384 by default
<concurrency> number of requests to run in parallel, if ommitted
benchmarks all concurrency levels 1 and up
<time> time in seconds to run for at each
		 concurrency level, 5 by default

Example: benchmark w com.redhat.rhevm.vdsm1 -s 8192 -c 2 -t 10
