Yuri Benditovich 2df3d57351 netkvm: workaround for SDV of DDK 1809

The SDV build (msbuild /t:sdv /inputs:"/check") crashes
on this line. This looks like a bug of SDV, but we change
it in order to make transition to 2017 faster.
