* Adds buildAll/cleanAll scripts and a per-driver solution. * Makes all binaries drop to ivshmem\Install. * Renames test.exe to ivshmem-test.exe. * Fixes SDV build (it didn't like the <OutDir> and <IntDir> settings for some reason). Signed-off-by: Ladi Prosek <[email protected]>
