Sameeh Jubran 7d759fd3cc virtio-config: Add VIRTIO_CONFIG_S_NEEDS_RESET status bit ...

virtio-98 spec defines DEVICE_NEEDS_RESET in the status bit. This bit
was added to the virtio-spec for enabling the device to indicate to the
driver that it has experienced an error from which it can't recover and
the driver should reset it.
