- [8_SRGB and 8_8_SRGB textures](../../../core/libs/prx/libSceAgcDriver/Graphics/src/TextureFormat.cpp) (libSceAgcDriver) that the device samples as R8_SRGB or R8G8_SRGB use its own decode, which need not match gfx1035: NVIDIA's R8_SRGB is one bf16 step off in 29 of 256 codes. A device that cannot sample them gets an RGBA8 sRGB copy instead (a blit of the R8 or RG8 texels, refreshed with the storage image's version), whose decode is likewise the device's; 3D textures and storage images that are not single-depth and format-matched are copied from their snapshot instead.

- [PM4 submission rings](../../../core/libs/prx/libSceAgcDriver/Execution/src/Driver/Queues/SubmissionRing.cpp) (libSceAgcDriver) keep only the first 512 dwords of each submission, so the packets past them are not printed. The [failure report](../../../core/libs/prx/libc/src/FailureReport.cpp) dump does not allocate from the C runtime heap: packet names come from static strings, each line is formatted with integer and string conversions into a 512-byte stack buffer and written with one `WriteFile`. It still runs on whatever state the crash left. It waits about 100 yields for each ring's lock and otherwise prints that queue as busy, so a crash while recording a submission loses that queue's ring. It reads the rings without checking them, so a crash that corrupted them can fault inside the dump; such a fault during the report of an unhandled exception stops in that report's `Sleep(INFINITE)` and the process hangs instead of ending. The reports run at most once per process. Linux has no crash report: there the rings are printed only by `APS5_STALL_WATCHDOG_SECS`.

- [WAIT_REG_MEM](../../../core/libs/prx/libSceAgcDriver/Execution/src/Driver/Synchronization/WaitMemory.cpp) reports a diagnostic after `APS5_GPU_WAIT_TIMEOUT_MS` without treating the timeout as completion. An unsatisfied wait keeps polling and checking driver failures; a missing producer can therefore leave its queue waiting indefinitely. Existing recorded-label shortcuts remain in use.

- A [WAIT_REG_MEM](../../../core/libs/prx/libSceAgcDriver/Execution/src/Driver/Synchronization/WaitMemory.cpp) (libSceAgcDriver) on a queue 0x20 label can time out while the awaited word holds the address of another slot of the same label area instead of 0 or 1, with no store to that label in the PM4 ring window (`APS5_PM4_RING`). What writes the address (guest CPU or the emulator) and whether the console would have satisfied the wait before the slot was reused are unverified; the wait keeps polling and its queue stays blocked. Seen in several titles on a Windows NVIDIA GPU; not measured on hardware.

- A [WAIT_REG_MEM](../../../core/libs/prx/libSceAgcDriver/Execution/src/Driver/Synchronization/WaitMemory.cpp) (libSceAgcDriver) on a queue 0x20 label can time out while the awaited word holds the address of another slot of the same label area instead of 0 or 1. On a Windows NVIDIA GPU the PM4 ring window (`APS5_PM4_RING`) held no store to that label. On a Windows AMD RX 6400 (PPSA01746) the address was already in the word when the wait began (6 of 6 timeouts) and a RELEASE_MEM storing 1 to the slot had been queued (5 of 5 with a record, another run), not necessarily landed. What writes the address and whether the console satisfies the wait are unverified; the queue stays blocked while the wait polls. Not measured on hardware.

- [PM4 type-0 packets](../../../core/libs/prx/libSceAgcDriver/Execution/src/Driver/Packets/CommandValidation.cpp) (libSceAgcDriver) - a dword whose packet type is 0, a zero header word included, is rejected with `unsupported PM4 packet type`, so the submission throws. Whether the console's command processor skips or executes such dwords, and what a run of them in front of a REWIND packet means, is unverified; shadPS4 (`liverpool.cpp`) and KytyPS5 (`pm4.cpp`) also treat type 0 as unsupported. One such submission begins with a seven-dword NOP and an eight-dword ACQUIRE_MEM, then 169 dwords of zero headers (dwords 15 to 183, zero in one run and stale words in another), and its packets start at dword 184, as sections of NUM_INSTANCES, SET_BASE, REWIND, NOP and ACQUIRE_MEM separated by zero gaps of 26 to 455 dwords (odd lengths included); letting a zero header through only moved the stop to a stale word.
- [COND_EXEC](../../../core/libs/prx/libSceAgcDriver/Execution/src/Driver/Packets/PacketExecution.cpp) reads its condition after the earlier packets of its queue complete. Without PFP_SYNC_ME the console's graphics PFP reads it ahead of the ME, so a title that races the read sees a later value here.
- A [flip inside a COND_EXEC range](../../../core/libs/prx/libSceAgcDriver/Execution/src/Driver/Packets/CommandValidation.cpp) throws: the flip is reserved with the video output when the buffer is submitted, and how the console withdraws a skipped one is unknown.
