Dean GalvinandxdCloudy 48dc2131f1 test(libSceLibreSsl3): load libSceNet in the mixed EVP test 
libSceLibreSsl now links libSceNet, which links libSceNetCtl, so the
legacy module cannot be opened from the mixed EVP work directory unless
both are copied there. Patch and copy them with the other modules and
build them before the loader runs.

Dean Galvin a25e4f1704 test(exception): report the failing check in guest_exception_fault 
Require now prints the failed expression with its file and line before
aborting, and the Windows child of the remove-and-return case writes its
stderr into the pipe the parent already reads instead of NUL. When the
child's exit code or marker output is not what the test expects, the parent
prints the child's status and everything it wrote before the check aborts.

Windows CI has twice ended this test with exit code 0xc0000409 right after
the fix-and-return fault, and the log cannot say which check fired. No check
is changed, relaxed or retried.

Dean GalvinandJJenkx 13c2307e29 fix(repo): restore the SDL2 submodule to main's commit 
The merge of main in e9514ba06c kept the older 3rdparty/SDL2 commit 4b69833bc5, which would revert main's ae81431651 SDL2 update (Ultimate 2 Wireless mapping). Point it back at 74be4c2836 as on main.

Public user text names games by title id, so the memory figure for the mimalloc restart now cites PPSA21564 instead of the commercial title and level.
