The host limit counted every id ever issued, so a title that created and destroyed one request per check got TOO_MANY_OBJECTS after 4096 checks. Count the live requests instead; ids still increase and skip live ones. The test now creates and destroys more requests than the limit.

Recover the eight sceNpServiceChecker2Int signatures and error codes from the 11.00 wrappers: Initialize/Finalize hold one host state, CreateRequest writes request ids from 1, Destroy/Abort remove them, GetServiceAvailability and its A form return SIGNED_OUT without writing because no network is available, and IsSetServiceType reads bit 0..9 of a 32-bit mask. The console's availability payload, exact offline error and any request limit are not measured.
Firmware 13.42's module checks a null result first (0x80550704) and
refuses a synchronous request in the lookup poll and wait with
0x80550307; the word filter keeps INVALID_ID. The debt entry records the
measurement and that IDs here do not carry the console's service bits.

The waiter sets a flag right before the wait; the test waits for it,
then requires the wait not to have returned before it finishes, aborts
or deletes the request.

Adds sceNpLookupAbortRequest, sceNpLookupCreateAsyncRequest,
sceNpLookupPollAsync, sceNpLookupWaitAsync, sceNpLookupSetTimeout,
sceNpWordFilterSetTimeout and sceNpWordFilterWaitAsync on the offline
request model. Waits block on a condition variable that request
completion, abort and deletion signal.

InitStart returns SIGNED_OUT, as sceNpBandwidthTestInitStartDownload and
InitStartUpload do, so no test is ever started, and
ShutdownWithDetailedInfo returns INVALID_ARGUMENT and writes nothing, as
sceNpBandwidthTestShutdown does. Neither reads an argument.
The 14 lookup and word filter exports threw. They now run shadPS4's
argument checks in its order over local title contexts and requests,
and the lookup, censor and sanitize calls finish with
SCE_NP_ERROR_SIGNED_OUT without writing an NpId or a comment.
