id pointer returns INVALID_ARGUMENT (0x80DC0001); ids count up from 1 across both
kinds; id 0, an unknown id or a resource of the other kind returns
RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND (0x80DC0015) or BE_WRAPPER_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND (0x80DC000E).
The library gets its own CMakeLists so the new guest test is registered.
