MarcZX10 1cc392feaa test(libc): cover wide printf widths and precisions beyond int 
Digit strings above INT_MAX in a width or a precision, with d, narrow s and wide s conversions, and a '*' width of INT_MIN, must fail swprintf with an empty buffer; a negative '*' width still left-justifies. Run under UndefinedBehaviorSanitizer, the case reports signed integer overflow without the fix.

MarcZX10 fcdecab20a fix(libc): fail wide printf on a width or precision beyond int 
swprintf and the other wide printf calls accumulated the digits of a field width or precision in an int without a bound, so 99999999999 overflowed: UndefinedBehaviorSanitizer reports signed integer overflow at FormattingWide.cpp:130. A '*' width of INT_MIN also overflowed when negated. A width or precision that does not fit an int now fails the call like any other invalid format; glibc's swprintf also returns -1 for it.

Alvaro 3507a7ae46 test(libkernel_sys): check that linkat links a symbolic link itself without AT_SYMLINK_FOLLOW 
On Linux and macOS, linkat with flag 0 gives a symbolic link, a dangling
one and one naming a directory a second name: the new name reads the same
target, the link's own count is 2 and the target's is unchanged. With
AT_SYMLINK_FOLLOW the dangling link fails with ENOENT and the directory
link with EPERM. A taken destination fails with EEXIST, a missing parent
with ENOENT and a file parent with ENOTDIR. Windows still throws.

Alvaro 13069d07ee fix(libkernel_sys): link a symbolic link itself in linkat without AT_SYMLINK_FOLLOW 
linkat threw for a symbolic link as the source without
AT_SYMLINK_FOLLOW. FreeBSD 11.4's kern_linkat looks the source up with
NOFOLLOW in that case and links the symbolic link itself, also when it
dangles or names a directory, since the link is not a directory. On
Linux and macOS the host's linkat with flag 0 does the same, so the
source is linked there after the usual destination checks (EEXIST, then
ENOTDIR or ENOENT for the parent). Windows still throws.
