Dean Galvin 7f3f58284c fix(agc): serve host imports by lookups until two frames have ended 
Before two flips have ended a frame nothing was evictable, so a cap retry
was refused and aborted where main served it. Until then imports age by
lookups as before; once frames exist the frame rule applies. A frame end
now moves its own counter, used by the evicting-refusal memory, not the
imports epoch, so the address-space cache survives a flip.

Alvaro c28f4ef157 test(libkernel): check that pthread_condattr_getclock fails with EINVAL for a null attribute 
A null attribute pointer and a null or destroyed handle return EINVAL
and leave the output untouched, also with a null output pointer, which
FreeBSD never reads after the attribute check. A null output pointer
with a valid attribute still throws.

Alvaro a0eaec6611 fix(libkernel): fail pthread_condattr_getclock with EINVAL for a null attribute 
pthread_condattr_getclock threw for a null attribute pointer or a null
handle. FreeBSD 11.4 libthr (lib/libthr/thread/thr_condattr.c) returns
EINVAL for both before reading the clock, as setclock, setpshared,
getpshared and destroy here already do. A null output pointer with a
valid attribute faults on FreeBSD, so it still throws.

noamrogerandClaude Opus 5.5 bffc7eda85 feat(libSceHttp2): implement request option getters, header removal and callbacks 
Keep the auth and auto-redirect flags, headers and the auth-info and
pre-send callbacks in Http2::Settings, so requests copy them from their
template and they freeze once transport exists. Accepted kinds, error
codes and their order follow the firmware 13.42 module as reported in
the review: option, header and callback calls reject contexts and
cookie boxes, sceHttp2AuthCacheFlush validates the context,
sceHttp2RedirectCacheFlush ignores its argument and the auto-redirect
flag keeps the stored int.
