Old claim: the entry names "[ and sceGicGetValue]", a link with an empty first name, and says "names and NIDs". What the code does: libSceGic defines one export, sceGicGetValue, a parameterless declaration that calls NotImplemented_nid_no_patch. The entry now names it alone and speaks of the name and NID in the singular. The inventory statement is unchanged. The declarations have no parameters solely to resolve known imports; this is not an ABI claim and callers must not call them until signatures are verified
