hypermistandClaude Opus 5.5 e820df8c9d feat(libSceSpSysCallWrapper): forward sceSpGetPid and sceSpSelect

Both are exported by firmware 13.60 libSceSpSysCallWrapper.sprx as a single
jmp to the getpid and select stubs. Forward them and trim the debt entry to
sceSpPthreadMutexattrSetprioceiling.

Unknown function info

sceSpPthreadMutexattrSetprioceiling (libSceSpSysCallWrapper) - still throws. In firmware 13.60's libSceSpSysCallWrapper.sprx it only jumps to libkernel's scePthreadMutexattrSetprioceiling, which AnyPS5 does not implement yet (read from disassembly, not measured on a console)
