The debt entries only had the four index sections before; use Unknown function info for the imports that fail a title to load and for the signatures Orbital or the aerolib NID list do not give. Note that sceSystemServiceShowDisplaySafeAreaSettings takes its (void) signature from the sibling sceSystemServiceShowControllerSettings, not a reference. AI-assisted: yes

# libSceM4aacEnc technical debt

- [libSceM4aacEnc](../../../core/libs/prx/libSceM4aacEnc/Export.cpp) (libSceM4aacEnc, sysmodule id `0x000000bc`) has no encoder, so all seventeen exports throw. PPSA03332 imports them and fails to load (`libSceM4aacEnc.prx: cannot open shared object file`) when the library is absent.
