docs(dev): correct abort scope of APS5_TRACE_CALLS

Old wording (docs/dev/TRACING.md:14):
  crash and abort reports (abort only on Linux and macOS) include the last 64 calls

Correct wording:
  crash and abort reports include the last 64 calls

Evidence on upstream/main:
- core/libs/prx/libc/src/specifics/windows/CrashReport.cpp:656-657: AbortSignalHandler calls ReportBacktrace("abort() (SIGABRT)", true)
- core/libs/prx/libc/src/specifics/windows/CrashReport.cpp:678: std::signal(SIGABRT, AbortSignalHandler) registers it on Windows
- core/libs/prx/libc/src/specifics/windows/CrashReport.cpp:651: ReportBacktrace calls ReportCallTrace()
- core/libs/prx/libc/src/specifics/x86_64/CallTrace.cpp:358-363 and 386-391: the Linux and macOS abort report also calls ReportCallTrace()
